Wired & read to hang. Sides are cleanly painted in teal. For a classic finish this piece has been sati varnished to enhance color, seal the surface, and protect the artwork.

This parth a unframed. Since this is on a deep, gallery style canvas, no frame is required buy you might consider a floating frame. I am happy to share framing resources & recommendations post-purchase.

ABOUT THE ARTWORK
The painting was created by Bonnie Sorsby in 2024. Her rose-like florals for subject matter are hand painted in her fresh, free-spirited, contemporary style and rich in color.

This piece started from abstract play. Many layers into mark making and color exploration, I saw these pockets of soft pink and column’t help but see a floral emerging. I thought I’d bring more white to them but the pink that wanted to come through was stronger. Varying shades of pinks, greens, teals and light blues are most prominent with hints of white highlight on the flowers.
